Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using Vortiq Escrow. By creating an account, starting a transaction, accepting transaction terms, submitting verification details, or using any Vortiq Escrow feature, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. About Vortiq Escrow

Vortiq Escrow provides a structured escrow workflow that helps buyers and sellers complete transactions with agreed terms, payment tracking, delivery review, inspection steps, and payout handling.

Vortiq Escrow may support digital goods, physical goods, services, domains, software, mobile apps, websites, social media accounts, intellectual property, and other approved transaction categories.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements to use Vortiq Escrow. You may not use the platform if you are prohibited by law, restricted by sanctions, involved in unlawful activity, or unable to provide accurate account and verification information.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vortiq Escrow complies with laws and regulations that apply to you.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, email, password, and any connected verification or payment information.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person, or use another user's account without permission.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you should notify Vortiq Escrow support as soon as possible.

4. Verification

Vortiq Escrow may require users to complete Get Verified before transactions can proceed, be shared, approved, funded, or paid out.

Verification may include identity details, contact information, address details, payment method information, wallet-related metadata, and other information needed to reduce fraud, support compliance, and protect users.

Vortiq Escrow may delay, reject, limit, or suspend transactions if verification is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, or cannot be confirmed.

5. Transaction Terms

Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on transaction details before proceeding. These details may include item or service description, price, currency, inspection period, delivery method, shipping cost, payment method, payout method, and any special requirements.

Once transaction terms are accepted, both parties are expected to follow the agreed process.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for reviewing transaction terms before accepting them, submitting payment through approved methods, inspecting goods or services within the inspection period, raising issues promptly, and approving the transaction only when the delivered item or service matches the agreement.

For digital products, buyers are responsible for reviewing access, files, credentials, ownership transfer, functionality, and other agreed deliverables before approval.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the item or service, delivering what was agreed, providing required files, credentials, access, documents, or shipping information, and cooperating during inspection or dispute review.

Sellers must not submit misleading information, attempt to bypass escrow protections, or pressure buyers to approve before the inspection is complete.

8. Payment Handling

Vortiq Escrow may support manual payment workflows first, with direct payment gateway options added later. Payment method selection alone does not mean money has been deducted.

A transaction may require payment confirmation before moving forward. Vortiq Escrow may record payment references, payment status, admin review notes, and related transaction activity.

Funds may not be released until required transaction steps are satisfied.

9. Payouts and Disbursement

Sellers may be required to provide payout or disbursement details before receiving proceeds. Payout details must match verified account information where required.

Vortiq Escrow may delay or refuse payout if transaction requirements are incomplete, verification is missing, fraud is suspected, payment has not been confirmed, or a dispute is active.

10. Digital Product Review and Sandbox Testing

For software, games, websites, mobile apps, domains, source code, social media accounts, licenses, digital assets, and similar products, Vortiq Escrow may support review workflows that help buyers inspect deliverables before approval.

Where applicable, sandbox-style testing may allow buyers to review digital products in selected environments such as Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, or Android.

Sandbox review is intended to support inspection, but it does not guarantee that every issue, vulnerability, defect, ownership problem, or future failure will be detected.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Vortiq Escrow for illegal goods, stolen items, fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, unauthorized account transfers, malware, phishing, spam, identity theft, counterfeit goods, weapons, exploitation, or activity that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Vortiq Escrow may refuse, suspend, cancel, or report transactions that appear illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or high risk.

12. Disputes

If a buyer or seller believes the transaction has not been completed according to the agreed terms, they should raise an issue before approval or payout.

Vortiq Escrow may review transaction records, messages, payment references, delivery evidence, verification details, and other relevant information. Users agree to cooperate with dispute review and provide requested evidence.

Vortiq Escrow may make administrative decisions based on available information, platform records, and applicable policies.

13. Fees

Fees may apply to transactions, payment handling, currency conversion, payout methods, gateway processing, or other platform services. Fee details may be shown during the transaction process where applicable.

No fees are deducted simply because a user selects a payment method unless the transaction or payment flow clearly confirms a charge.

14. Cancellations and Refunds

A transaction may be cancelled if both parties agree, if required information is missing, if verification fails, if payment is not completed, if prohibited activity is suspected, or if Vortiq Escrow determines that the transaction cannot safely proceed.

Refund handling depends on payment status, transaction stage, dispute status, payment method, and applicable rules.

15. Platform Records

Vortiq Escrow may keep records of accounts, verification details, transactions, messages, payment references, wallet-related metadata, admin actions, failed attempts, status changes, and support activity.

These records may be used for support, fraud prevention, audits, compliance, dispute resolution, and platform security.

16. Wallet-Related Features

Wallet-related features may include wallet selection, network selection, message entry, metadata collection, and wallet import functionality.

17. No Guarantee of Outcome

Vortiq Escrow is designed to reduce transaction risk by providing a structured process. However, Vortiq Escrow does not guarantee that every transaction will be successful, every user will act honestly, every item will be defect-free, or every dispute will be resolved in a user's favor.

Users remain responsible for reviewing terms, inspecting deliverables, and complying with applicable laws.

18. Account Suspension or Termination

Vortiq Escrow may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false information, engage in suspicious activity, create risk for other users, abuse platform features, or violate applicable laws.

19. Changes to the Terms

Vortiq Escrow may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform. Continued use of Vortiq Escrow after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, contact Vortiq Escrow support through the support or contact options provided on the platform.
